Manchurian chilli
Manchurian chilli is a spicy Indo-Chinese dish made by frying and sautéing vegetables and chicken with soy sauce and spices.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, all-purpose flour, beaten egg, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and a pinch of salt to form a batter.
- Coat the chicken pieces in the batter and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan and fry the coated chicken pieces until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a separate pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil and sauté minced garlic, ginger, and sliced green chili until fragrant.
- Add cubed onions, green and red bell peppers, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan and mix well.
- Add the remaining soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat the chicken and vegetables evenly.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
