Miso Salmon

Miso salmon is prepared by marinating salmon fillets in a miso-based sauce and then baking them to perfection.

Green Onion (sliced thinly)2Bunch
Sesame Seeds (toasted)2Tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix white miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the miso marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated salmon fillets on it.
  6. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish the baked salmon with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.

Prep

  • Marinate the salmon fillets in the miso sauce for at least 2 hours.
