Miso Salmon
Miso salmon is prepared by marinating salmon fillets in a miso-based sauce and then baking them to perfection.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix white miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the miso marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated salmon fillets on it.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish the baked salmon with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
Prep
- Marinate the salmon fillets in the miso sauce for at least 2 hours.
