Mixed Veg Fry
Mixed Veg Fry is a quick stir-fry dish using a variety of vegetables and spices, cooked in a skillet.

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add sliced onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add sliced carrots, bell pepper, green beans, and cauliflower florets. Stir well to combine.
- Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt over the vegetables. Mix thoroughly.
- Cover the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender but not mushy.
- Remove the lid and increase the heat to high. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes to evaporate any excess moisture.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
