Mixed Veg Fry

Mixed Veg Fry is a quick stir-fry dish using a variety of vegetables and spices, cooked in a skillet.

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
  3. Add sliced onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  4. Add sliced carrots, bell pepper, green beans, and cauliflower florets. Stir well to combine.
  5. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt over the vegetables. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Cover the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender but not mushy.
  7. Remove the lid and increase the heat to high. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes to evaporate any excess moisture.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
