Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Add the sliced beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
