Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Add the sliced beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced onions and green bell peppers to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Mix the cornstarch slurry with water and pour it into the skillet. Stir well to combine and thicken the sauce.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring everything is well coated with the sauce. Serve hot.
