Spicy Orange Chicken
Prepare spicy orange chicken with a tangy sauce using fresh orange juice, soy sauce, and chili flakes, served over rice.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the orange sauce mixture and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, toss to coat with the sauce, and heat through.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the chicken and garnish with sliced green onions.
- Serve the spicy orange chicken over cooked white rice.
