Spicy Orange Chicken

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the orange sauce mixture and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, toss to coat with the sauce, and heat through.
  8. Drizzle sesame oil over the chicken and garnish with sliced green onions.
  9. Serve the spicy orange chicken over cooked white rice.
