String Bean Chicken is a stir-fried dish with chicken breast, string beans, and a savory sauce, prepared in a wok.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken strips with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch slurry. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same wok, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil. Stir-fry garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add string beans to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Return the chicken to the wok. Add the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken broth, sugar, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Pour in the remaining cornstarch slurry and cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the dish, give it a final stir, and serve hot.
Prep
- Marinate chicken strips 15 minutes before cooking.
