Sweet-n-Sour Chicken
Sweet-n-Sour Chicken prepared by frying chicken pieces and simmering in a tangy sauce with bell peppers and pineapple.

Instructions
- Coat the chicken cubes in cornstarch evenly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the coated chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a separate pan, add a little oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add red and green bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix white vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, and sugar to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce into the pan with the peppers and bring to a simmer.
- Add the fried chicken and pineapple chunks to the sauce and stir well to coat.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through.
- Serve the Sweet-n-Sour Chicken hot over steamed rice.
