Fosolia
Fosolia is a simple Ethiopian dish made by sautéing green beans and carrots with onions, garlic, and spices.

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Add sliced carrots and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the green beans, diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and turmeric. Stir well to combine.
- Pour in water, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve warm.
