Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the brown sugar to the hot oil and stir until it begins to melt and caramelize.
  3. Carefully add the peeled saba bananas to the pan, ensuring they are coated with the caramelized sugar.
  4. Fry the bananas for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and evenly coated with sugar.
  5. Remove the bananas from the pan and let them cool slightly before skewering them onto the bamboo sticks.
  6. Serve the bananacue warm as a snack or dessert.
