Brown Sugar Banana Spring Roll

Crispy spring rolls filled with bananas and brown sugar, fried to golden perfection.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix sliced bananas with brown sugar and cinnamon until well coated.
  2. Place a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface and brush edges with beaten egg.
  3. Place a portion of the banana mixture on one end of the wrapper, fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal.
  4. Repeat the process with remaining wrappers and banana mixture.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180 degrees Celsius.
  6. Fry the spring rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
