Brown Sugar Banana Spring Roll
Crispy spring rolls filled with bananas and brown sugar, fried to golden perfection.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sliced bananas with brown sugar and cinnamon until well coated.
- Place a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface and brush edges with beaten egg.
- Place a portion of the banana mixture on one end of the wrapper, fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal.
- Repeat the process with remaining wrappers and banana mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Fry the spring rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
