Cassava Cake
Cassava cake is a baked dessert made with grated cassava, coconut milk, and condensed milk, topped with a custard layer.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine grated cassava, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- While the cake is baking, beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
- After 45 minutes, remove the cake from the oven and pour the beaten eggs over the top.
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese evenly over the egg layer.
- Return the cake to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow the cake to cool before slicing and serving.
