Chicken Sopas
Chicken Sopas is a comforting Filipino noodle soup made with chicken, pasta, and vegetables, simmered in a creamy broth.

Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the cubed chicken breast to the pot and cook until lightly browned.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add the diced carrots and chopped celery to the pot. Continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in the elbow macaroni and cook until the pasta is al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add the shredded cabbage and pour in the whole milk. Stir well and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and fish sauce (if using). Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve hot in bowls and enjoy your Chicken Sopas.
