Dynamite (Chili Cheese Spring Roll)
Prepare chili cheese spring rolls with ground beef, cheese, and spices wrapped in spring roll wrappers and deep-fried.

Instructions
- In a pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Mix in grated cheddar cheese and cream cheese until well combined.
- Take a spring roll wrapper, place a green chili on it, and fill with a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture.
- Roll the wrapper tightly around the filling, sealing the edges with beaten egg.
- Repeat the process for all wrappers and filling.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180°C (350°F).
- Deep fry the rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
