Filipino Spaghetti
Filipino Spaghetti combines sweet and savory flavors with ground pork, hot dogs, and a rich tomato sauce, served over spaghetti noodles.

Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the ground pork to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in the sliced hot dogs and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the banana ketchup, tomato sauce, and grated carrot to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Pour in the whole milk and add the sugar, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Mix the cooked spaghetti noodles into the sauce until well coated.
- Serve the spaghetti on plates and top with grated cheddar cheese.
