Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground pork to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  4. Stir in the sliced hot dogs and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the banana ketchup, tomato sauce, and grated carrot to the pan. Stir well to combine.
  6. Pour in the whole milk and add the sugar, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Mix the cooked spaghetti noodles into the sauce until well coated.
  8. Serve the spaghetti on plates and top with grated cheddar cheese.
