Instructions
- Heat cooking oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add pork shoulder cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour in vinegar and soy sauce, stir to combine.
- Add bay leaves, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Pour in water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add pork blood gradually while stirring continuously to prevent coagulation.
- Simmer for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add sliced green chili and adjust seasoning if needed. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
