Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
- Add the boiled pork ears to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated pork ears onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
- Grill the skewered pork ears for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with vegetable oil, until they are nicely charred.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Prep
- Boil pork ears until tender, about 1 hour.
- Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
