Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
  2. Add the boiled pork ears to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated pork ears onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
  5. Grill the skewered pork ears for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with vegetable oil, until they are nicely charred.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Prep

  • Boil pork ears until tender, about 1 hour.
  • Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  • Marinate pork ears in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
