Sopas
Sopas is a comforting Filipino noodle soup made with chicken, macaroni, and vegetables, simmered in a savory broth.

Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chicken cubes to the pot and cook until they are lightly browned on all sides.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add the diced carrots and chopped celery to the pot. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in the macaroni and cook until the pasta is al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add the shredded cabbage and whole milk. Stir well and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
