Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Lay out the parchment paper sheets on a flat surface.
  3. Place a portion of salmon in the center of each parchment sheet.
  4. Drizzle each salmon portion with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Top each salmon portion with slices of lemon, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and asparagus.
  6. Sprinkle minced garlic and chopped dill over the vegetables and salmon.
  7. Fold the parchment paper over the salmon and vegetables, crimping the edges to seal the packets tightly.
  8. Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the packets rest for a few minutes before serving.
