Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Lay out the parchment paper sheets on a flat surface.
- Place a portion of salmon in the center of each parchment sheet.
- Drizzle each salmon portion with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Top each salmon portion with slices of lemon, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and asparagus.
- Sprinkle minced garlic and chopped dill over the vegetables and salmon.
- Fold the parchment paper over the salmon and vegetables, crimping the edges to seal the packets tightly.
- Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let the packets rest for a few minutes before serving.
