Cod en papillote
Cod en papillote is a method of baking cod fillets with vegetables and herbs in parchment paper, sealing in flavors and moisture.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Cut parchment paper into large sheets, enough to wrap each cod fillet and vegetables.
- Place a cod fillet in the center of each parchment sheet.
- Arrange lemon slices, zucchini rounds, cherry tomatoes, and red onion slices evenly over the cod fillets.
- Drizzle each fillet with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
- Fold the parchment paper over the fish and vegetables, crimping the edges to seal tightly.
- Place the parchment packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
