Air FRIED Cajun Creole Chicken

Air fried Cajun Creole chicken using a blend of spices and whole milk for a flavorful and crispy dish.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine whole milk with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining Cajun seasoning, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Coat each piece with olive oil.
  5. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  6. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
  7. Air fry the chicken for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius.
  8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
