Air FRIED Cajun Creole Chicken
Air fried Cajun Creole chicken using a blend of spices and whole milk for a flavorful and crispy dish.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine whole milk with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.
- In a separate bowl, mix the remaining Cajun seasoning, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Coat each piece with olive oil.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Air fry the chicken for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
