Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, soak the saffron threads in 2 tablespoons of warm water for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, sliced bananas, orange segments, halved grapes, quartered strawberries, and sliced kiwi.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix the soaked saffron with honey and lemon juice to create a syrup.
  4. Pour the saffron syrup over the mixed fruits and gently toss to coat all the fruits evenly.
  5. Transfer the fruit salad to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  6. Chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
