Grape and Brie Tart Flambé

A tart flambé with a thin crust topped with brie cheese, grapes, and a touch of honey, baked to perfection.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, water, and olive oil to form a smooth dough. Knead for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a thin rectangle.
  5. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Arrange the brie slices evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Scatter the halved grapes over the brie cheese.
  8. Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves and black pepper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
