Grape and Brie Tart Flambé
A tart flambé with a thin crust topped with brie cheese, grapes, and a touch of honey, baked to perfection.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, water, and olive oil to form a smooth dough. Knead for about 5 minutes.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a thin rectangle.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Arrange the brie slices evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Scatter the halved grapes over the brie cheese.
- Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves and black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
