Grape and Brie Tart Flambe

A tart flambe with a thin crust topped with brie cheese, grapes, and a hint of thyme, baked until crispy.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, olive oil, and lukewarm water to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
  2. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a thin circle or rectangle.
  5. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Arrange sliced brie cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  7. Scatter halved grapes over the cheese and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
  8. Drizzle honey over the top and season with freshly ground black pepper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  10. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
