Grape and Brie Tart Flambe
A tart flambe with a thin crust topped with brie cheese, grapes, and a hint of thyme, baked until crispy.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, olive oil, and lukewarm water to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a thin circle or rectangle.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Arrange sliced brie cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Scatter halved grapes over the cheese and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
- Drizzle honey over the top and season with freshly ground black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
