Tarte Tatin
Tarte Tatin is a classic French upside-down caramelized apple tart made with puff pastry and cooked in a skillet.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
- In a 25 cm oven-safe skillet, melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns a golden caramel color.
- Add the butter cubes to the caramel and stir until melted and combined.
- Arrange the apple quarters in the skillet, rounded side down, in a circular pattern.
- Drizzle lemon juice and vanilla extract over the apples.
- Cook the apples in the caramel for about 10 minutes, basting occasionally with the caramel.
- Remove the skillet from heat and carefully place the puff pastry over the apples, tucking the edges inside the skillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Carefully invert the tart onto a serving plate.
