Tian de legunes
Tian de légumes is a baked vegetable dish with layers of sliced vegetables and herbs, topped with cheese.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large baking dish, drizzle some olive oil and spread the minced garlic evenly.
- Layer the sliced vegetables in the dish, alternating between zucchini, eggplant, tomato, red bell pepper, and onion.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, thyme, and basil leaves over the layered vegetables.
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the top of the vegetables.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
