Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Transfer the beef and marinade to a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Braise in the oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
- Remove the beef from the oven and shred using two forks. Mix the shredded beef with the remaining sauce in the dish.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of shredded beef on each tortilla. Top with sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, and optional red chili slices.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the tacos.
