Curry Salman burger with caramel onion
Prepare curry salmon burgers with caramelized onions using fresh salmon, spices, and whole milk yogurt.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped salmon, curry powder, yogurt, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.
- Shape the salmon mixture into 5 equal-sized patties.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the salmon patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In another pan, heat butter and remaining olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- Toast the burger buns lightly in a toaster or on a pan.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a salmon patty, caramelized onions, and tomato slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
