Salmon with Lemon and Harissa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a bowl, mix lemon zest, lemon juice, harissa paste, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Let the salmon marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
