Salmon with Lemon and Harissa
Prepare salmon fillets with a lemon and harissa marinade, then bake and serve with a garnish.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, mix lemon zest, lemon juice, harissa paste, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Let the salmon marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
