Miso-Honey Salmon with cabbage

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix white miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the salmon is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Arrange the cabbage wedges on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Place the marinated salmon fillets on the baking sheet next to the cabbage.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the cabbage is tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced scallions before serving.
