Miso-Honey Salmon with cabbage
Prepare miso-honey salmon with roasted cabbage using a simple marinade and oven-baking method.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix white miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the salmon is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the cabbage wedges on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Place the marinated salmon fillets on the baking sheet next to the cabbage.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the cabbage is tender.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced scallions before serving.
