Instructions
- In a bowl, mix miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage to coat the chicken evenly.
- Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Arrange the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
- Garnish the baked chicken with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
