Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add ground beef to the pot and cook until browned.
- Stir in curry powder and flour, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
- Add diced potatoes and sliced carrots. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add frozen green peas and whole milk. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
