Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add ground beef to the pot and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in curry powder and flour, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in beef broth and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
  6. Add diced potatoes and sliced carrots. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Add frozen green peas and whole milk. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot over cooked rice.
