Instructions
- Season the pork loin pieces with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Dredge each pork piece in all-purpose flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip the floured pork pieces into the beaten eggs, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Coat the egg-dipped pork pieces with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 170 degrees Celsius.
- Fry the breaded pork pieces in the hot oil for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the pork from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve the pork tonkatsu with shredded cabbage and tonkatsu sauce on the side.
