Beef kafta kebabs

Grilled beef kafta kebabs made with ground beef, spices, and herbs, shaped onto skewers and cooked over a grill.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, parsley, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground allspice, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer to form a long, cylindrical shape.
  4. Brush the formed kebabs with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked through and has a nice char.
  7. Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Prep

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
