Beef kafta kebabs
Grilled beef kafta kebabs made with ground beef, spices, and herbs, shaped onto skewers and cooked over a grill.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, parsley, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground allspice, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer to form a long, cylindrical shape.
- Brush the formed kebabs with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Prep
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
