Gyoza Mantı with Chili Yogurt
Gyoza Mantı with Chili Yogurt combines dumplings filled with seasoned meat and a spicy yogurt sauce, steamed and pan-fried.

| Green Onion (sliced) | 2 | Bunch |
| Water (for steaming) | 100 | Ml |
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and black pepper.
- Place a teaspoon of the beef mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half, and press to seal.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
- Place gyoza in the skillet, flat side down, and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam for 5 minutes until the water evaporates.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and add chili flakes, stirring until fragrant.
- Mix the chili butter with plain yogurt and season with salt.
- Serve the gyoza with chili yogurt sauce and garnish with sliced green onions.
