Instructions
- Bring water and whole milk to a boil in a large pot.
- Gradually whisk in the polenta, reduce heat to low, and cook for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir in butter, salt, black pepper, cheddar cheese, and chopped kimchi until well combined.
- Spread the polenta mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it cool completely.
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- Once cooled, cut the polenta into fry-shaped sticks.
- Brush the polenta sticks with olive oil and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot as a snack or side dish.
