Lemongrass Kofta Skewers

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, lemongrass, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cilantro.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions and shape each portion around a wooden skewer to form koftas.
- Brush the koftas with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the koftas for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
