Lemongrass Kofta Skewers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, lemongrass, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cilantro.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions and shape each portion around a wooden skewer to form koftas.
  4. Brush the koftas with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the koftas for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
