A fusion snack combining puffed rice, vegetables, and Mexican flavors, prepared by mixing and tossing ingredients.

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine puffed rice, black beans, corn kernels, chopped tomatoes, and chopped onions.
  2. Add diced avocado, chopped jalapeno, and chopped cilantro to the bowl.
  3. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add taco seasoning, grated cheddar cheese, and crushed tortilla chips.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients and sprinkle salt to taste.
  5. Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
  6. Serve immediately in bowls or plates.
