Salmon with mango salsa
Grilled salmon fillets served with a fresh mango salsa made from diced mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime.

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Grill the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine diced mango, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, minced jalapeno, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix the salsa ingredients well and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve the grilled salmon fillets topped with mango salsa.
Prep
- Thaw salmon fillets in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours if frozen.
