Stir fry tandoori tofu combines marinated tofu with vegetables in a tandoori spice blend, cooked quickly over high heat.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix tandoori spice mix, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and ginger to create a marinade.
  2. Add tofu cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large wok over high heat.
  4. Add sliced onions, bell peppers, and carrots to the wok. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
  5. Add marinated tofu to the wok and stir fry for another 5-6 minutes until tofu is heated through and slightly crispy.
  6. Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
