Tahini Caesar with Crispy Tofu
Tahini Caesar with crispy tofu features baked tofu and a tahini-based dressing served over fresh greens.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.
- Toss the tofu cubes with olive oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, water, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated parmesan cheese.
- Add the baked tofu to the salad.
- Drizzle the tahini dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
Prep
- Drain and press tofu for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
