Thai beef salad
Prepare a Thai beef salad with grilled beef, fresh vegetables, and a tangy dressing.

Instructions
- Marinate the beef with 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and 1 minced garlic clove for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the beef for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing thinly.
- In a small bowl, mix the remaining lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, chopped Thai chili, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes, mint leaves, cilantro, and lettuce.
- Add the sliced beef to the salad and pour the dressing over it. Toss everything gently to combine.
- Sprinkle the roasted peanuts over the salad before serving.
