Tofu Tikka Wraps
Tofu tikka wraps are made by marinating tofu in spices, grilling it, and wrapping it in flatbreads with vegetables and sauce.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add tofu cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and brush with olive oil.
- Grill the marinated tofu cubes for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are golden brown.
- In the same grill pan, add sliced bell pepper and onion, and grill until they are slightly charred.
- Warm the flatbreads on the grill for a minute on each side.
- Assemble the wraps by placing grilled tofu, bell pepper, onion, and cucumber slices on each flatbread.
- Drizzle with mint chutney, roll up the flatbreads, and serve.
Prep
- Marinate tofu for at least 1 hour in advance.
