Tofu Tikka Wraps

Tofu tikka wraps are made by marinating tofu in spices, grilling it, and wrapping it in flatbreads with vegetables and sauce.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Add tofu cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and brush with olive oil.
  4. Grill the marinated tofu cubes for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are golden brown.
  5. In the same grill pan, add sliced bell pepper and onion, and grill until they are slightly charred.
  6. Warm the flatbreads on the grill for a minute on each side.
  7. Assemble the wraps by placing grilled tofu, bell pepper, onion, and cucumber slices on each flatbread.
  8. Drizzle with mint chutney, roll up the flatbreads, and serve.

Prep

  • Marinate tofu for at least 1 hour in advance.
