Traditional Pancit
Traditional Pancit is a Filipino noodle dish prepared by stir-frying meat, vegetables, and noodles in a savory sauce.

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the shrimp until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Add the remaining oil to the wok and sauté the minced garlic and sliced onion until fragrant.
- Add the julienned carrots, shredded cabbage, and sliced green beans. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken and shrimp to the wok. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth. Stir well.
- Add the pancit canton noodles to the wok, tossing to coat with the sauce and evenly distribute the ingredients.
- Cook until the noodles are tender and have absorbed the sauce, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
