Turon (Crispy Banana Sugar Rolls)
Turon is a Filipino snack made by wrapping ripe bananas and jackfruit in spring roll wrappers and frying until golden brown.

Instructions
- Peel the saba bananas and slice each one in half lengthwise.
- Coat each banana slice with brown sugar.
- Place a banana slice and a strip of jackfruit on a spring roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the banana and jackfruit, then roll tightly. Seal the edge with a dab of water.
- Repeat the wrapping process for all banana slices.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wrapped bananas in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the fried turon from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm as a snack or dessert.
