Bratwurst
Grilled bratwurst sausages prepared with a blend of spices and served with sautéed onions and bell peppers.

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Place bratwurst sausages on the preheated grill. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
- Remove sausages from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve bratwurst in bread rolls topped with sautéed onions and bell peppers, and a dollop of whole grain mustard.

- Thaw bratwurst sausages in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
