Fleischpflanzerl are Bavarian-style meat patties made by mixing ground meat with breadcrumbs, eggs, and spices, then pan-fried until golden brown.

Instructions
- Soak the breadcrumbs in whole milk for 10 minutes until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, soaked breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 10 equal-sized patties.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties in batches for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove patties from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your choice of sides.
