Kasespatzle
Kasespatzle is a German dish made by layering homemade egg noodles with cheese and caramelized onions, then baking until golden.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add eggs and milk. Stir until a smooth dough forms.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Using a spätzle maker, press the dough into the boiling water. Cook until the noodles float to the surface, then remove and drain.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a greased baking dish, layer cooked spätzle, caramelized onions, and cheeses. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Season with black pepper and nutmeg before serving.
