Caprese chicken
Caprese chicken is prepared by searing chicken breasts and topping them with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil, then baking.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a baking dish.
- Top each chicken breast with slices of mozzarella cheese and tomato.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
