Ground chicken caprese skillet
A skillet dish combining ground chicken, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, cooked together for a simple and flavorful meal.

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until fully cooked.
- Season the chicken with salt and black pepper.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Place sliced mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken and tomato mixture. Cover the skillet and let it cook for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove the skillet from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
