Gluten free ground chicken base pizza
Prepare a gluten-free pizza using a ground chicken base, topped with cheese and vegetables, baked to perfection.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round pizza base about 1 centimeter thick.
- Bake the chicken base in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until firm and slightly golden.
- Remove the base from the oven and spread tomato sauce evenly over it.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced bell pepper, red onion, and mushrooms.
- Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and return to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, slice, and serve.
