Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round pizza base about 1 centimeter thick.
  4. Bake the chicken base in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until firm and slightly golden.
  5. Remove the base from the oven and spread tomato sauce evenly over it.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced bell pepper, red onion, and mushrooms.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and return to the oven.
  8. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, slice, and serve.
